In addition to discretionary asset management, GCG also offers clients investment advisory consulting services charged at an hourly rate that is designed to assist clients to better understand the risk/return characteristics of their portfolios, as well as to assist in determining if there are more optimal means to obtain similar market exposures within the portfolio.

A typical consulting agreement may involve performance measurement of various strategies and comparison to customized benchmarks, asset allocation analysis, and existing manager performance analysis.
